Los Angeles Sky Watch Meeting Agenda

Summary:
At 12:30 pm, 50 feet from Lake Balboa, under the shade of a large tree, the group sat and stood around a concrete picnic table and started the meeting. After briefly introducing ourselves we first layed out some specific objectives and discussed ways of acheiving those objectives.
The objectives discussed are as follows:
1. LETTER CAMPAIGN
There will be two letters, one from constituents and one from nonconstituents.
For instance; To Waxman in his capacity as Congressman from his constituents only, and To Waxman in his capacity as chair of the Government Oversight Commitee from nonconstituents. The letters should be accompanied by some signatures, if possible, but those willing to add their signature could, instead, send their own letter. The letter campaign should be coordinated with other Sky Watch groups and staggered for maximum and sustained impact.
1a. The first objective is to elicit responses from elected representives. Hopefully positive responses, however unlikely.
1b. Regardless of the type of response, the goal is to document all communications in order to create a body of evidence showing our attempts for Redress of Grievences, as guaranteed in the first amendment to the Bill of Rights of the Constitution.

Read "instructions" for mailing process, choose one of the "notice_demand" letters or write your own, get signatures on "sign_up_list". Document everything you do and keep it for your records. Feel free to take actions on your own, you don't have to do it with a group.
2. FACT SHEET
Prepare a simple fact sheet for the public. This will be a one page presentation of the issue. It can be used to introduce the "sidewalk watchers" to what's going on in the sky above them.
3. FACT PRESENTATION PACKAGE
Prepare a more comprehensive information sheet for Congress, press, etc. This will be similar to a press kit and a more full presentation with references etc. This is absolutely necessary in the event that government and press want more information. It is not acceptable to expect them to do their own research.
4. LOCAL SAMPLE TESTING

CT discussions and presentations for the public: Short, as in 1 minute or less to the unaware you meet on the street. 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 60, 120, 240 minute prepared presentations, with a script, charts, slides, videos, etc...
CT Art Exhibits: talk with art galleries, theatres, store & restaurant owners, private art collectors, etc...
Create live performance art, skits, plays, etc... Do it on a street corner! Venice Beach, Hollywood Blvd, etc. Put a hat out for donations too.
Medical documentation of health problems in areas sprayed. How do we acquire hospital and private doctor records on a daily basis?
Weather & Atmospheric documentation on daily basis, and variations throughout the day.
Document and display military aerosol spraying during war, dating back to WWI and beyond.
Info on govt/mil psyops, MKULTRA, chemical/biological/ & dna/gene altering experiments on unknowing & willing subjects. Show the American public irrefutable hard evidence that the US govt performed & continues to perform these programs & experiments upon the unaware public on a daily basis.
Interview CT govt/mil whistleblowers.
Interview airplane mechanics, fuel specialists, pilots, toilet waste cleaners, and basically everyone that works on planes and in the airline industry, news/weather specialists, weather modification companies, military, NASA, weather modification specialists, doctors, medical professionals, police, firemen, Clifford Carnicom, other CT research specialists & website operators, scientists, Steven Greer, actors, directors, cinematographers, anyone in mainstream media or otherwise that has spoken out about CTs, and let's not forget people on the street too.
Document all patents on aero-sprayers & weather modifications, ANYTHING used to spray from planes.
List of ALL companies that perform aerial spraying, pesticide spraying... any spraying, and interview them too.
Talk with sky writers. What chemicals do they use to "make it stick"?
Different people call different politicians, mainstream media, kpfk, npr, radio stations, weather experts, airports, military bases, EPA, FDA, AMA, etc... EVERY DAY!!!
Record, copy, & document EVERYTHING.
Call and record phone conversations with airports, military bases, police, fire depts, EPA, FDA, AMA, local neighborhood council members, all politicians, all govt, ALL calls. Face it, none of us can recall everything said, accurately, as in verbatim, after a long conversation. These recordings are to be used for accurate documentation purposes only. This protects both you and the person you are speaking with regarding the FACTS, the truth of what was said during the conversation.
Mass flyers, DVDs, & stickers on cars, in stores, news racks, house & apartment doorsteps, office buildings, etc. Pass them out on the street, drive-up fast food restaurants, leave w/ tip at restaurants.
Table farmers markets, regular markets, sidewalks, every event and anywhere possible.
CT camp that lives at the white house!!!
Business Cards w/CT info & kewl background graphics
Make T-shirts, sweatshirts, tank tops, hats, etc.
Blanket society massively & continuously with signs, flyers, stickers, freeway blogging, literature, on street poles, walls, telephone poles, fwys, fwy center walls, pillars, on & off ramps, call boxes (inside door too!), buses, trains, at truck stops, public restrooms, EVERYWHERE!
Pass out literature, flyers, stickers, signs, DVDs, buttons, clothing, business cards, etc..., to the masses!!!
If we actually do want the brainwashed, drugged, psyoped masses to wake up, become aware, acquire the courage speak up for them selves, and stand with us... WE MUST HELP/EDUCATE/MAKE THEM BECOME AWARE!!!
WE, not someone else, WE... have no choice but to do this ourselves if we want others to become aware of the massive assaults against human & environmental rights being committed upon us all!
EDUCATE THE MASSES, ON AN ENORMOUS SCALE, EVERYDAY!!!!!!!
If they don't see it on the street or hear about it, they will not know it is happening!
